DRAWING RULES AND LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Only one (1) winner for each prize will be selected.

Alyice Edrich Designs, The Dabbling Mum®, its staff, and its owners reserve sole and final judgment as to all matters concerning drawings and the interpretation of drawing rules.

By entering the drawing on this blog, you agree to abide by the following terms. If you cannot agree to the following terms, do not enter our drawing(s.)

How To Enter/Eligibility

Contestants must be over 18 years of age.

No purchase is necessary to enter our drawings. However, you are responsible for paying the shipping and handling costs of delivering the prize to your home or office.

Contestants DO NOT need to be subscribed to this blog in order to win.

All comments left on this blog must be relevant to the post in which the comment appeared to be considered for the “comment” drawing. Simply posting a statement that says “I like your blog” or “Hello, I’m glad I found you” or “I want to win…” or “Pick Me” will disqualify you from the drawing.

While your email address will not be made public, it is vital that you use a current and active email address when leaving a comment or signing up for the blog feed. If I cannot get ahold of you by email, you forfeit your winner’s status.

Once you’ve won a drawing you must wait 2 months before you can win another drawing in the same category. You can win the “follow me” drawing this month and the “comment” drawing next month or you could win both drawings in the same month. But after winning one of the drawings, you must wait two months before you can win the same drawing again.

Deadlines

Each drawing has its own deadline.

All entries must be submitted on or before midnight on the date set forth for each specific drawing.

The decisions made by the drawer is final and binding.

Winner Selection and Notification

The odds of winning vary from drawing to drawing due to the number of qualified entries.

All drawing winners will be notified by email so make sure your email address is up-to-date.

Winner Disqualification

If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable amount of effort has been made to notify the winner of the prize, the winner
forfeits his/her rights to the winning prize.

If a winner does not get in touch with me within 21 days of winning, the winner forfeits his/her prize.

If an email returns undeliverable, after the third attempt a new winner will be selected.

If an email does not return undeliverable, but the winner has not contacted me within 21 days of the winning announcement, winner forfeits his/her rights to the prize.

While I do send up to 3 emails requesting follow-up information to each winner, I have a business to run and cannot spend time or money trying to track down winners.

General Conditions

Drawing is void where prohibited by law.

All taxes on any prize won are the sole responsibility of each winner, including, without limitation, any federal, state, or local taxes, which may be deemed applicable in such winner’s jurisdiction of residence.

All prizes will be mailed to winner at winner’s expense. In other words, the winner is responsible for paying the shipping and handling costs (and any custom fees) to deliver the prize.

All prizes distributed to winners are the sole responsibility of the prize donor(s).

All prizes distributed by Alyice Edrich or The Dabbling Mum® are sent media mail so allow some time for delivery.

Alyice Edrich and The Dabbling Mum® reserve the right to modify the drawing rules at any given time, including the extension of deadlines, the rescheduling of contests, or the substitution of one prize in lieu of the original prize.

Contestants agree that the sole and final judgment as to all matters concerning drawings and interpretation of drawing rules
are at the sole discretion of Alyice Edrich, The Dabbling Mum®, its owners, and its staff.

Drawings shall be governed by South Dakota law.

Contestant Releases

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, city, state, and winning entry for promotional purposes.

Contestants agree that the American Arbitration Association shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or
relating to the contests sponsored by Alyice Edrich, or The Dabbling Mum®, should any part of this agreement not be legally binding.

Releases/Hold Harmless

Alyice Edrich, The Dabbling Mum®, its owners, its staff, its affiliates, its advertisers, and its prize donors are not liable or responsible for:

any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or death including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, any contest, including entry and participation in any contest and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes.

any technical or human errors, malfunctions, failures, etc. resulting in participation of contests.

donors (sponsors) who do not follow through with delivery of prizes.

prizes that are lost in the mail, arrive damage, are defective, or have other unforeseen problems.

entries that do not follow guidelines.

entries and responses to winner notifications that are illegible, incomplete, late, lost, misdelivered, marked postage-due, or undeliverable.

Privacy

I will not sell your address or personal information. Your address is required so that the contest sponsors may send your prize, should you win.
